Nationwide Illumination Warranty
LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty shall only apply to LED lighting products sold by Nationwide Illumination in the territory of North America. The warranty is only applicable to the party purchasing the products directly from Nationwide Illumination.
5 YEARS WARRANTY
Nationwide Illumination's warranty to the original Purchaser of the Product that its LED tube and led panel to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of five years from the date of shipment arrival.
Emails cannot be post dated or submitted retroactive. Date of production will serve as warranty date if the date of purchase is not provided, subject to the Terms and Conditions specified below. If a Nationwide Illumination lamp fails to operate for the warranty period, Nationwide Illumination will correct any failure of the Product to conform to specifications. If a Nationwide Illumination lamp is not repairable, a replacement product or a prorated refund of the purchase price will be given to the Purchaser.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Nationwide Illumination LED lamps must be installed and operated in fixtures using INSTANT ballasts or without any ballast. This will not apply in the event of conditions demonstrating abnormal use or stress, such as operating temperatures in excess of maximum rated temperatures, under/over voltage conditions, wet areas, exposed to weather, rusty, or cracked sockets, installation with the power on, modification of the lamp by users, as well as improper lamp or ballast on or off. Nationwide Illumination LED lamps cannot be installed with a magnetic ballast. Warranty is non-transferable.
SERVICE CLAIMS/RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Service claims can be made by contacting via email: info@nationwideillumination.com to receive instructions for problem resolution and/or product returning. Purchaser will be requested to provide original bill of sale, or such other evidence showing the date of purchase and the identity of Purchaser. Should it be determined that the product is defective through no fault of the user, Nationwide Illumination shall assume cost of shipping for returns, and a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) will be issued. Purchaser shall promptly return the product to Nationwide Illumination. Defective products returned after 30 days of RMA's date will not be accepted, and credit will not be issued for replacement. Failure to follow this procedure shall void this warranty.
REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCT
Nationwide Illumination will correct any failure of the Product to confirm to specifications or any defect in material or workmanship, with either new or used replacement parts, within a reasonable period of time. Such repair of the Product will be performed at Nationwide Illumination expense, if we are unable to repair the Product to conform to the warranty after Product(s) are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
Nationwide Illumination is NOT responsible for death, dismemberment, or injury while installing Nationwide Illumination products with the power on. The Terms of Warranty for the product shall not change regardless of installation with power a reasonable number of attempts, Nationwide Illumination will provide, at its option, a replacement Product or a prorated. At no time shall Nationwide Illumination be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort or any other legal theories. Damages that Nationwide Illumination will not be responsible for include, but are not limited to: loss of profits; loss of facilities or services; downtime; the claims of third parties, including customers; and/or the damage to property. Nationwide Illumination reserves the right to provide warranty replacement with suitable substitutes that do not adversely affect the soundness or quality of the product.
